Like Patton, Trump Does Not Give Up

In 1960, Democrats stole the election. It was a very close election but the Democrats in Chicago, and other places, stuffed the ballot box and got Kennedy elected. Nixon, who ran against Kennedy, was the Vice President under Eisenhower and knew what happened. While the GOP vigorously fought the results, Nixon finally chose to concede “for the good of the country”.

Sounds an awful lot like what’s happening today except this election was not nearly as close (and the establishment GOP isn’t fighting for Trump). It’s very obvious Trump was way ahead before the swing states stopped counting and started stuffing the ballot boxes in various ways. Even so, some of those who admit there was a lot wrong are saying Trump should concede “for the good of the country”.

What’s the real difference between 1960 and 2020? In 1960, the Democrats, by and large, believed in the Constitution, the greatness of America and God. In 2020, the Democrats, by and large, do not.

In 1960 you could switch from Republican to Democrat and you would have a variation on the theme of America. Today, if we go from Trump to the Democrat party, we go from America First to America last, from federalism to fascism and from revering God to forcing churches to accept non-Biblical doctrines.
